My new EP 'Cyan' is a journey into the quiet and the raw, led by the track 'Haunted House'—a personal exploration of living with chronic illness and the courage it takes to inhabit a body that feels like a challenge.
My music lives in the space where the raw energy of Folk Rock meets the fragile intimacy of deep-rooted lyricism. For me, songwriting is a way of making the intangible feel real. I explore the concept of the 'Haunted House'—the body as a challenge, and the vulnerability of letting someone in despite it all. I write of 'Gilded Cage' built from golden memories and the quiet strength needed to face daily battles with an invisible cape.
I find my balance in the stillness of the Swiss landscape—among the mist, the rolling hills, and the honest gaze of a herd of cows. This grounding is felt in every note: atmospheric, profound, and disarmingly honest.
