SEMI SMILE is an art character by Stefan Hürlimann. The Zuger combines music and comedy on stage. Stand-up, role-playing theatre, musical comedy mixed with a four-piece rock band, his live show is unique in Switzerland.
The name SEMI SMILE is a commitment to unilateral facial paralysis, which he celebrates as a symbol of uniqueness. He only laughs half his face, but twice as much.
At the beginning of 2019 he decided to start his own music comedy project SEMI SMILE. The multi-instrumentalist writes, composes and produces all the songs and jokes himself.
His debut EP YELLOW was released in November 2021 and contains six rock songs about relationships, society and ironic self-reflection. The basic color YELLOW represents the first part of a trilogy.
