Simone Bollini was born in Lugano in 1981. He lives between Milan and Switzerland where he works as pianist and piano teacher. At present his activity is focused on live jazz performances and recording sessions.
His musical education began in 1990 in Como with the piano teacher Roger Robertson. After the first studies of classical music, he began to focus on jazz music attending, from 1999 to 2002, the Musica Viva Jazz Workshops in Sondrio.
From 2003 to 2008 he attended the course with Paolo Birro and Franco D'Andrea at the Civic School of Milan obtaining a degree in piano jazz.
At present he is attending the Master in Sound Design and Engineering at Politecnico di Milano and the relative courses at "Giuseppe Verdi" Conservatory of Music in Como.
