In it's debut album « Corner Stories » - due for release in April 2009 - Stare Case has distilled a touching style of electro-pop. Both beautiful and dark, its rich vocals are complemented by lyrical guitars and atmospheric programming.
Coming to life in 2008 through the highly collaborative efforts of Telliac (guitars), Alain Chanel (programming) and Lara (vocals), Stare Case has composed 15 originals in English. Australian lyricist Mujo and Suisse visual artist Khryyst also played important roles in shaping the band.
Coming from diverse artistic backgrounds, from Lausanne to Berlin, the members of Stare Case are aged between 28 and 35, with formal educations in both music and art. Wanting to realize a multi-disiplined project, they fused their energies, experience and talent with a range of artists to give their music its unique feeling and flavour.
Stare Case has a four member stage line-up: singer, programmer, guitarist and drummer (Marc-Oliver Savoy). Concerts are accompanied by a visual show.
