„State of Remorse“, from Berne, is the name of the latest act in the music industry. The combo is consisting of the singer/songwriter/producer Alain aka LoDrop and the guitar player/songwriter Cédric.
On one hand, Alain, also known as the lead singer of Sneaky Saints and running a lot of other projects like Tempting Tone, did study audio engineering and is an experienced musician. On the other hand, Cédric who plays the guitar since 2006, is an open-minded music-enthusiast who is ready for his first step into music production. So the two are a perfect match.
The goal behind their music is first and foremost to prompt your feelings, to make you think, and last but not least to make you rock out. They use every possible tool at their disposal, and usually grab elements from the genres Rock, Indie and Pop. Since the foundation in mid-2010 the single “Poor Soldier” is the first result of their creative collaboration. More music is in the making and will be released right after their completion.
