The Specs -«Changes to the Few» Los Angeles ska band with guitarist Dale Hauskins. Sinbad Records 1991
This is The Specs (The original renowned ska band The Specs from Riverside California) first recording from 1991. It was a cassette only release which I have never been able to find another original copy of since mine disappeared.
Gregg Allen:Keyboards. Dale Hauskins:Guitars.Mike Menchaca: Lead vocals,Trumpet. Scott Wylie:Drums, Cowbell.
A rare cassette «Changes to the Few» (Sinbad Records 1991) in renowned original ska band The Specs from Riverside aka Inland Empire in Los Angeles County, Southern California.
"The Specs were an up tempo third wave ska band that also incorporated reggae into their sound. It all amounted to a lot of skankin' and a lot of fun. Back then Sublime "featured" Brad, No Doubt was packing back yard parties with easily 100 high school kids in Anaheim.
Fishbone was the greatest thing to come out of Compton at the time to allow us the privilege to open for them including the Skatalites".- The late amazing and tremendous drummer of The Specs Mr.Scott Hamilton Wylie.
