I remember performing my song 'No Air' on a beautifully sounding piano that mirrored my profile in it's black shining varnish. It was the first song I performed in Australia and I'm lucky that night was captured on film by my friend Steve Darroch. You are invited to watch the raw soul stripping on YouTube followed by the original music video. That night was also the night when music things slowly started to unfold due to the support of many. 'No Air' was recorded with my traveller equipment only, while I lived in the Australian bush near by Melbourne. It was mixed and mastered by the gifted Sound Engineer Tomas Strode at Rolling Stock Recording Rooms in Collingwood, Melbourne. During the time of my artist residency in the Australian bush in 2018, I also had the chance to work on the original music clip with the talented Filmmaker Miguel Rios. And special thanks go out to everyone involved, as well to my double bass player Jeffery Buckland on who's wonderful Vineyard we filmed and my dear friend Scott Wooden who inspired me to pick this song out of my collection.
