Born and living in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Julio Antonio Castillo Frías, alias CASTEL, is undoubtedly one of the most interesting artists on the Latin American music scene. Professor and educator, graduated in theology, CASTEL is a singer-songwriter who is characterized by a style and an R&B flow, which, thanks to the wise arrangements of maestro Moisés Sánchez Ortiz, manages to touch the hearts of listeners, and gives lovers of couple dance emotions and moments of unique atmosphere. Castel's lyrics are clean and deal with introspective, autobiographical and loving themes.
