I made a bet with a long-distance friend once. I can’t remember the subject of the bet, but the loser had to sing a lullaby. I didn’t feel like signing, so I set up my phone and improvised this melody around a riff I was working on. My friend’s overwhelmingly positive reaction to the recording convinced me to release it.
