This visual tale emerged through a unique collaboration, knitting together the lenses of my 87-year-old grandmother and my own. Across a transformative month, we ventured deep into India's heart—a land that had cradled her for over six decades. With patient guidance, I introduced her to the camera's art, resulting in a captivating assemblage. The outcome: a poignant exchange across generations.
Our chosen settings carry whispers of history—colonial prisons, timeless mosques, and an ancient fortress. These locations, heavy with memory, amplify the song's enduring atmosphere of melancholy and madness.
