Originally, this song was recorded as a demo tape to capture our sound during rehearsals, aiming to secure gigs at venues. Most of it was done in a one-take session in our rehearsal room without a click track. However, after investing more time, we felt it would be a shame not to release it. We're incredibly proud of how it all came together in the end. A huge thanks to @sentosounds for recording and mixing, and @vj_kakfa for mastering the stems. Their contributions were phenomenal. Excited to record some songs with @vj_kakfa this year! <3

The intro melody of this song is strongly inspired by a jam session featuring the greats @mansurbrown and @yussefdayes at the "church of sound.” There was a lot of deliberation about releasing this single or altering the melody due to this obvious inspiration. However, since we're genuinely proud of what we've created around this inspiration (which is very much original), we decided to embrace where we started out from rather than conceal it. We've already reached out to Mansur Brown (unread so far) to inform him, hoping he will appreciate what we've done with it rather than feel offended.
