Just to be clear: yes, "Ail Huile" are two French words that sound like "I will". And it all started with a rescued riff from a Beatles tribute that gave Julien the idea of an odd polyrhythm. It broke our brain but warmed our hearts as we loved the idea to converge dysfunctional moments with more consistent and lighter ones. So we kept going. The jerking intro and the entire epic second half are testament to that. Stepping back, ok that piece started with some "garlic" and "oil" but then we all did our bit and gave total commitment.
