“Busy Day” is the first single announcing Hania Derej Quntet's jazz album and also one of the first songs composed for the project. We live on the run and there is always something to do. Time is slipping away and every day seems the same. We get up, go to work or school, when we return we do our homework, work and go to bed. That, in a nutshell, is what our lives often look like. The song Busy Day is an attempt to describe this situation and at the same time to look for a way to escape from this closed circle, routine, everyday life.
