NUANCE recorded 10 incredible songs with Ajay Mathur in the mid-80s, but despite their undeniable talent, they never landed a record deal. As a result, the album never saw the light of day. “Last Christmas, I went on a deep dive into my archives—and damn, did I hit a goldmine!” Ajay Mathur shares. “Tracks from killer bands and artists I produced way back in the day. Songs that never got released. Not because they weren’t fire (they absolutely were), but because the music business drove a narrow lane back then. No record deal? No release. Well, guess what? The world has changed, and it’s time these lost gems finally get their moment.”
