Since forming in 2007 in Bern, The Jackets have been a driving force in the garage rock scene, known for their high-energy performances, raw sound, and infectious melodies. The band, featuring Jackie Brutsche (aka Jack Torera) on vocals and guitar, Chris Rosales on drums, and Samuel Schmidiger on bass, delivers a gritty mix of 60s garage rock, punk, and psychedelic influences.
Their previous albums have been celebrated, with “Shadows of Sound” praised by Shindig! magazine as a “perfect example of how modern garage-punk should sound,” and “Queen of the Pill” described by Louder Than War as “a blistering, fuzz-filled ride.”
“Intuition” continues this legacy with 10 tracks that showcase The Jackets’ signature raw power and infectious hooks.
The Jackets have built their reputation through explosive live shows across Europe, America and Japan performing at many renowned festivals and venues.
