The song is called Contemplating because I like the listener to start thinking, too. Please create your own interpretation of my song.
My idea for the song came from observing a family with secrets (family secrets). They kept certain things hidden to protect one another, and it was painful to watch. I think it hurts much more to discover the truth in other ways than by being told how things really are. The working title was “Protecting Lies.” Does anyone really prefer to be protected from truth and reality?
Those thoughts kept me awake at night, and I began thinking about philosophy and whether life needs to have a meaning or not.
The mood of the video fits the song perfectly.
