This song comes from an improvising by me on the piano. I’m not a professional piano player so I couldn’t put Version 1 on the record. My friend Michael Spörri took this song and developed this idea to a new version. That’s why it is called V2 (version 2). This V2 is so fantastic!! I let a lot of space for the piano which is definitely leading thru this song. I didn’t want to play a lot of guitar parts and just let the piano melt. That’s why I only play a little bit of guitar at the beginning. I wrote this tune at a time when I felt very bad and hurt by a painful circumstance. This song is a mirror of how you feel when you just want to get away from where you are and just fly away.
