Press assault #2 & concert
As reaction to the massive support of the most popular radio stations all around the globe, suddenly one column after the other was published in numerous magazines, news papers and on the web with one purpose: celebrating this new and essential piece of music history "Empty Buildings Standing Still". To prove that not all of this is completely fictive and nonsense, you'll find some extracts on the main page. Check it out man!
Last but not least: on the 23rd of July the band is giving a big show at the Stone Hill Festival in Alterswil (FR). As special guest, Mathias Bieri from the renown band and label mates Beautiful Leopard will play the piano on the song "This Time". Besides that, there will be many great bands to discover which you probably won't be able to see anywhere else. Therefore, to miss this event only the following excuses will be accepted:
- I won't be able to show up, I get my teeth brushed.
- I just got trampled by a space gorilla and I don't feel so well.
- Since I shaved my moustache, I don't feel like having fun anymore.
- Sorry, I already have a crucifixion that day.
Well... we hope to see you there.

In 2003, after a few years of work and different line up changes, Tasteless finds its ideal configuration and the sound that defines the beginning of its career. Besides its usual rock configuration (voice, 2 guitars, bass and drums), the band includes a cello, which contributes to its uniqueness. In November 2003, the label Saïko Records releases their first self-titled album in Switzerland and soon after in France, thanks to the label Jerkov Music. The twelve songs of this first effort are rather dark and straightforward, contrasting heavy guitar riffs and gloomy cello arrangements. After defending this album on more than fifty stages between 2004 and 2005, the band clearly showed its wish to write softer and deeper songs. The new album entitled "The Sea" (Saïko Records/Irascible Distribution), released in Switzerland end of January 2006, perfectly reflects this evolution. In February 2007, the album is coming out in Germany and Austria, released under the exclusive licence of the famous label from Hamburg “Strange Ways” (Ken, Minor Majority, Delaware, Wolfsheim…).
