Biography

TCHAKATAKAPAM is the drums duo that takes pleasure in sending cannon balls at the corner of a street.
TCHAKATAKAPAM DUO was born of love that its protagonists have
for percussive music and positive energy it exudes.
It claims to reduce the listener-musician distance that the stage may
impose. Playing on the floor and without amplification allows the
public not only to listen, but also see sounds and benefit from the
spectacular nature of the drums.
The duo tries to share its passion and to reach people who would
have never imagined the richness of this instrument. Its set includes
original compositions, a few rearranged compositions and
improvisations that the duo distills depending on its mood
