Yeah, Vale [Diver] Baumgartner made music in several bands, but in february 2008 he made an accident, felt 4,5 meters down right on his head and broke this one three times...
After spending some time in koma and a reha he began to write and record an album only with himself..
With his other Bandmembers (Thomas Etter on the bass, Andrea Tinner on the Drums and a changing place for the second guitarist) he created "The Failing"
The Failing is the first soloproject from Vale, he shows carefully his own ideas and also his influences, from The Haunted to Slayer, from All Shall Perish to Children of Bodom.
Yeah, and every fuckin` sound you hear on this stuff is played by Vale, and except of All Against All Cover also written by him...
