We founded the rock group Sterones in January 2009. We have joined forces to pursue a simple goal: to compose our own music and to play it live as often as possible.
The sound of the band roots in the thoughtful songwriting of singer Stéphane (Arthur Sam), the straight punch of drummer Max and the dynamic interplay of Christian..s bass and Dom..s guitar.
We have grown up to the same pop/rock soundtrack of the 90..s and the new millennium, music that underlies our playing and influences the powerful sound of the Sterones. This common mindset creates an almost magical understanding between the musicians allows us to move forward quickly. After two months of playing together, we recorded a four title demo CD with sound engineer Antoine Petroff at the “Silo”-studio in Lausanne. Since then, we have put together a set of our own songs and have started to perform them live.
