Active as a singer, drummer, and guitarist from a young age, TRIPSET moved into new territory as a solo artist at the end of 2022. He founded the collective DISTORTED RECORDS, through which he and numerous other artists have been releasing music consistently since 2022. His debut album Medici, released in May 2023, along with the singles “8 Stunde Timeout,” “Illusion,” “Dark,” and “Love.Sick,” earned him a sold out release party, an invitation to the Rap City Contest, and subsequently an invitation to the SRF Bounce Cypher 2024.
Since then, things have become a bit quieter around him as he is working on his second album, which shifts away from rap/trap and more toward indie pop.
Tripset is also known for his highly dedicated, almost militant fanbase, which, although relatively small, regularly stands out with unique promotional stunts.
