A space-time rift, a breach in the course of events, stars going off course, and four merry men find themselves propelled into a universe previously unknown to all. This is how Johnny Bijoux, Richie Bongo, Tim S. Newton and Merlin the Enchanter decided to form a post-musical group. At the crossroads of diverse styles and earthly influences, Turbulences is above all a teeming electric magma.
Turbulences is an art/rock band formed in 2023 in Lausanne. Composed of four members in their twenties, the band's mission is to compose original songs, perform on stage and record their compositions in the studio. Strongly influenced by 1970s concept rock, the band is a project centred around four fictional characters who record narrative-driven albums. Deeply attached to its French-speaking roots, Turbulences is committed to singing in French compositions influenced by French pop music as well as Anglo-Saxon rock.
