Born in the heart of the swiss mountains in 2022, Velvet Ink is a Flower Rock duo, the delicate result of a union between ethereal guitarist Holsy Rose and bewitching neurodivergent singer Bélinda Bitz. Together, they embark on a quest for raw emotions and authenticity. Inspired by legends such as Sting, Bowie, Queen, Lou Reed, and Amy Winehouse, their universe blends the gentle caress of jazz with the raw energy of visceral rock.
Since 2022, Velvet Ink has been exploring the infinite spectrum of human emotions with music that is both soothing and defiant. Their debut EP, Spectrum (2024), captivated audiences across french-speaking Switzerland. Looking forward to 2025, their next opus, Lullabies for the Stronghearted, promises a more intimate, guitar-and-voice-driven experience.
