Biography

Void Machine, a metal band from Solothurn, Switzerland, was founded by Dennis Graumann and Sam Steffen in 2019.
Having already played together before in LowDown back in 2012, they wanted to combine forces again and form a band.
At first under the name Sonic Failure, a couple of demo songs with a lot of punk rock influences were recorded, but it was later decided to change the name and the style of the music.
In 2020 Tom Känzig of White Ash completed the line-up and joined the band on drums.

All musicians have their roots in metal and Void Machine’s music has therefore a decidedly heavier and darker edge.

The first self-titled record was released in fall of 2020.
The EPs Harvest of Sorrow, Going Nowhere and IV was released in Fall 2022 Spring 2023 and Winter 2024.
The band has been working on new material ever since to keep the Void Machine running.
