Jasmine Giaquinto is a multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter, and co-music producer from Ticino, Switzerland.
She has received international recognition, including two semifinals at the International Songwriting Competition in Nashville (2019 with Damn Tags and 2021 with You Have No Clue), standing out among more than 22,000 entries.
Passionate about music from a young age, she has been inspired by major Italian artists such as Lucio Battisti, 883, Luciano Ligabue, Vasco Rossi, and Elisa, as well as international influences like The Beatles, Eminem, Pink, Nelly Furtado, Green Day, Linkin Park, and Breaking Benjamin.
In 2011, she won the “Fattore Voce” singing contest and later collaborated as lead vocalist with the Ticinese bands Centrocittà (led by Kiko Berta) and Sound Progress.
In 2021, she began studying music production through online courses, an experience that led her to be selected for the LAAMP (Los Angeles Academy for Artists & Music Production), founded by the Stargate team, known for their collaborations with Katy Perry and Rihanna.
She is currently the lead singer of the Ticinese band Onyma.
