Lia Seddio is a singer-songwriter. Raised in a large family as the ninth of twelve children, she developed a passion for singing and music from an early age, inspired by her father, and gradually gained recognition among the general public.
In 2012, she participated in the television talent show Die Grössten Schweizer Talente with two original songs she had written, reaching the semi-finals. This achievement helped her gain wider public recognition in Switzerland and led to an invitation from RSI (Radiotelevisione Svizzera di lingua italiana) to perform the musical role in the TV program CASH, hosted by Luca Mora.
In 2013, her single “Cammina” was released on all major digital music platforms, followed a few months later by its official music video.
Also in 2013, Lia Seddio, together with Marco Monti, took part in the Tour Music Fest – International Festival of Emerging Music, where they ranked among the top five singer-songwriters out of more than 10,000 participants and performed in the final at the historic Piper Club in Rome.
In 2016, she reached the final of the Festival di Ghedi, winning the festival’s most prestigious award, presented by Warner Chappell Music for songwriting.
She continues to dedicate herself to live performances and the composition of new songs.
