Nicolò Martire, an Italo-Swiss singer-songwriter, was born in 1991 and grew up in Lugano. At the end of 2024 he debuted with his single Sentirai, produced by Nic Gyalson. The track marks the beginning of a solo journey characterised by rich and accessible sounds, profound lyrics and a raw, distinctive voice.
With extensive musical experience in the Ticino-based band Kolumbia and a passion for writing short stories and poetry, Nicolò channels his multifaceted artistry into his music. His artistic soul blends sensitivity and romanticism with irony and cynicism, drawing influences from classic and contemporary Italian songwriting as well as Britpop, rock and funk to create a sincere and relatable musical expression.
His songs speak of life - some of his own, some of others - weaving personal and shared experiences into a universal narrative.
In addition to Sentirai and Déjà-vu (due for release in March), Nicolò performs live many other unreleased tracks that will be produced in the near future.
