With its peaceful, slightly nostalgic lightness, it stands in stark contrast to the melancholic weight of most other songs on the debut EP of We the Young. «Oh Boy» symbolizes arrival. It's Marcel's idea of what it must feel like when the search is over. When you look back on your own journey with an understanding smile, leave it behind and life finally feels good. Light, simple and peaceful.
