'Bushman Hole' is the third single of the first album of Mauvais Sang. At the end of a submerged cave, the Bushman Hole, a scuba diver piles into the deep waters in attempt of recovering the body of his colleagues who died ten years earlier, but the end of this challenging path ends up unexpectedly.
The structure of the piece follows the scuba diver's story, from the initial plunge into the waters with an overwhelming whirl of sounds, the heart beats accelerating with the pulse of the drum and the mesmerising harp guiding us to the last breaths, a mermaid-like call leading to the final revelation.
“Bushman Hole” est le troisième single du premier album de Mauvais Sang. Au sein d'une cavité sous-marine -le Bushman Hole- un plongeur s’engouffre à la recherche d’un collègue, mort dix ans plus tôt. Arrivé à la fin de cette épreuve, il finit par découvrir toute autre chose. La structure du morceau suit le fil de son parcours : d'abord, le grand saut dans les profondeurs, symbolisé par le vacarme ambiant. Puis, la pulsation de la batterie, comme un cœur qui bat de plus en plus vite, reproduit la traversée tumultueuse. Enfin la harpe, d'une mélodie envoûtante, accompagne le plongeur dans un dernier soupir, le berçant jusqu’à sa trouvaille…
