Description

This strong such as lyrically very deep song emerged on Cookie's most recent visit to Jamaica, while at his friend Torch's yard in Trenchtown Kingston.
The two Singjay's gentle, soulful and remarkable voices on a rootsy, melodic Reggae Riddim produced by Austria's House Of Riddim, make 'Let My People Go' to a real catchy tune with hit potential.
In Stand Pipe, a little ghetto community in Kingston, a very authentic visually deep video was shot in addition to the song. The clip reflects the songs content very impressively. With meaningful pictures and scenarios showing the daily reality on the Carribean Island. This video clip is a clear 'must see'.
'Let My People Go' is a call for freedom and liberty for the people in Jamaica such as all over the world. In that sense "…Babylon let my people go…"
