Finding new strength in extraordinary times - detaching from negative thoughts and confrontations: the pandemic time was creative time for the rock band from Thun. The Hunt are in the starting blocks with their first EP - "The Storm" will be released on October 30, 2021. In advance, the first single "I AM" will be released on August 06, as well as the accompanying video clip, which was elaborately produced by Bernese film producer Marco Hunkeler.
The Hunt was founded in 2016 and convinced right away. So it was no coincidence that the then still young band directly conquered the stage of the biggest rock festival in Switzerland - namely the Greenfield in Interlaken. With the engagement of Sky van Hoff the band succeeded in winning over the internationally recognized producer. Sky van Hoff became known through his collaboration with Rammstein, the solo project of Till Lindemann and other well-known acts of the international rock and metal world. With Sky van Hoff at their side, The Hunt produced music that moves, touches, carries away and provokes - and the mastermind nota bene gives the Thun rock band an acoustically unmistakable touch.
That's how "The Storm" sounds and heaves the band into a new chapter: everything bundled and in an explosion of intense melodies, a striking vocal power and guiding rhythms. The four-piece band picks up right where it left off after the Greenfield performance in 2017 brand new, hugely professionalized and virtually reinvented itself. Live the band convinces with fat guitars, powerful basses, thrilling drums and a voice that leaves no one cold. As a result, The Hunt are planning various shows in Swiss concert venues over the next few months - tour dates will be published on the band's homepage as soon as possible (as far as Corona is concerned). The band unites four regional musicians from various genres, paired with years of live experience of each member - among others Draven, whiteout, Stereobabies, Karthun.
The Hunt - will enrich the musical landscape of the entire planet. Promised.
