SKYLER WIND, born Claudia Wind, is a 27-year-old Swiss-Canadian singer- songwriter. The artist, born in Singapore and raised in Zurich multilingually with English, French and (Swiss-)German, draws on her international heritage to write songs for various projects and artists including herself. The young professional is currently completing a master’s degree in English language and literature, and proudly represents Kia Schweiz as their brand ambassador.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
Skyler’s upcoming EP, “AT THE STAKE”, released under Sony Music Entertainment, features five dark pop tracks. Three of them have been released, quickly gaining traction on major Spotify editorial playlists such as “Pop Brandneu” (Germany), “New Music Friday Schweiz,” and “EQUAL GSA”. With an active fanbase of 10,300 followers on Instagram and nearly 10,000 monthly listeners on Spotify, Skyler is poised as a fresh, rising voice. Her momentum reflects her vision of connecting with a global audience and solidifying her role as a dynamic force in contemporary music.
SONGWRITING & COLLABORATIONS:
Skyler’s unique flair for crafting meaningful lyrics and catchy melodies has led to several long-term collaborations with artists who view her as essential to their creative process. She has co-written six releases for the prominent Swiss artist Naomi Lareine, including her hit-track “Colorblind”, performed live at the Swiss Music Awards 2024, as well as “Better”, “Daredevil”, “Where Were You”, “Scorpio”, and “Stranger”. Her collaborations also include 12 songs for Swiss indie-pop artist Cossmo on the EPs “airplane mode” and “stand still”, and five releases with Swiss-Congolese soul artist Alina Amuri, showcasing her versatility across genres.
