Le temps d'un EP, Kacimi nous offre un ensemble de titres pop à la production moelleuse et aux arrangements épurés et rêveurs, à l'image de la pochette réalisée par Mélodie Sylvestre.
Cet EP de 5 titres est propulsé par une vieille obsession de Kacimi : le titre "C'est ma vie" d'Adamo, décliné en 2 reprises. L’une ouvre cet opus dans une version electronica (joué par Sebastien Bui et Yavor Lilov du groupe suisse l'Eclair) et la seconde le clôture à travers la mélodie d’un piano et ses quelques brins de pedal steel par Mat Davallet, rappelant ainsi les sirènes folk de son précédent album "Gyrophare".
Kacimi continue son sillon psychédélique sur les titres "D'un air" et "Il fait si chaud ce soir", laissant place à des claviers lunaires et à une rythmique vaporeuse et laidback. Enfin, dans une naïveté propre, "Lola" est une pièce enfantine et personnelle montée sur une boite à rythme 70's, ou Kacimi est accompagné de François Serin et Alexis Fugain de Biche à la production.

The time of an EP, Kacimi offers us a set of pop tracks with a soft production, and dreamy and refined arrangements, just like the cover art by Mélodie Sylvestre.
This 5-track EP is propelled by an old obsession of Kacimi : the song "C'est ma vie" by Adamo, declined in 2 covers. One opens this opus in an electronica version (played by Sebastien Bui and Yavor Lilov from the Swiss band l'Eclair) and the second closes it through the melody of a piano and its few strands of pedal steel by Mat Davallet, recalling the folk sirens of his previous album "Gyrophare".
Kacimi continues his psychedelic groove on the tracks "D'un air" and "Il fait si chaud ce soir", giving way to lunar keyboards and a vaporous, laidback rhythm. Finally, in a naivety of its own, "Lola" is a childish and personal piece mounted on a 70's drum machine, where Kacimi is accompanied by François Serin and Alexis Fugain of the french band Biche on the production.
